Bravo Plan ADR Services is based in the Upper Fraser Valley, British Columbia with our ADR professionals
working in the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Our professionals
have formal education from facilities of Conflict Resolution and Peace building
such as Royal Roads University. Because our Professional mediators are
not lawyers we save you money. Our goal is to provide a neutral
environment where your dispute can be solved amicably and in a timely manner.

PRESIDENT OF BRAVO PLAN
Derek Dubiellak, president of Bravo Plan, started the company with his wife Natalie after refining his skills through the Justice Studies Bacheloer of Arts Degree program at Royal Roads University. Derek has been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution for over 10 years. Specializing in Labour Management and Strata Property disputes Derek also has a firm background in business, criminal investigations, law and policy. Derek has also practiced using online negotiation systems allowing a greater flexibility in scheduling. Started in 2005, Bravo Plan has quickly established itself in the world of A.D.R. by providing affordable and professional services.
